The Basics to Skin Care Beauty
How rare it is that we see a young child whose skin is not
beautiful to behold and to touch. Yet, an enticing skin in the girl
grown into womanhood is all too much of a rarity! And the sad
part is that every woman can and should have a beautiful skin.
It is not age, but neglect and abuse that rob a skin of its appealing
texture. Lack of care, or worse still, improper care results
in sagging pores, blemishes and wrinkles. If you want your skin
to be one of your great charms throughout life, there’s “one big
“don’t” to remember: Don’t ever be tempted to skip your skin’s care
even for one single day! Fifteen minutes of daily care is worth five
hours of treatment in any beauty salon at widespread intervals.
The three principles of good skin care are as simple as this: Cleanliness,
lubrication and stimulation —the kind of stimulation you receive
from a good brisk walk daily or exercise before an open window.
If your skin is normal, and the average person does have a normal
skin, contrary to what most people think, here is all you need
do to assure yourself of an alluring complexion.
Each night, remove all trace of make-up with a gentle make up remover.
Wash your face thoroughly with amoisturizing cleanser. Rinse
off the lather thoroughly. Using your cupped hands, apply clear,
lepid water to your face at least three times. Pat dry. Finish with
a moisturizing cream or oil, which will work for you while you sleep.
Is that the routine you now are following? Or do you skip one
or more of the steps? If so, you are cheating your beauty. You are
robbing yourself not only- of loveliness today but through the years.
Can you afford such a waste of your beauty?
